Famous leads AWCF with a strong sense of purpose and community. As Executive Director and Council Member, he oversees the Foundation’s strategic direction, partnerships, and impact programs.

Chief Operating Officer & Council Member

Gerald brings strategic leadership and operational excellence to AWCF. With extensive experience in business development and NGO project coordination, he ensures that AWCF’s initiatives are impactful, efficient, and community-driven.

Seth Kissiedu

Head of Finance

Seth brings strong financial oversight and integrity to AWCF. With academic training in accounting and years of experience managing budgets and compliance systems, he ensures that every resource—local or international—is used effectively to advance the Foundation’s mission.

Thelma Quashigah

Treasurer & Digital Communications Lead

Thelma blends creativity and precision in her dual role at AWCF. She ensures financial accountability while leading the organization’s visual storytelling and digital engagement strategies with passion and purpose.

Sylvia Asantewaa Ocran

Company Secretary & Programs Lead

Sylvia brings heart and structure to AWCF’s field programs. With a background in nutrition, health, and community development, she ensures smooth governance while driving meaningful outreach efforts across Anlo and beyond.

Nana Ama Serwaa Osei

Programs & Strategic Engagement Coordinator

Nana Ama is a passionate change-maker with strong roots in nutrition, research, youth empowerment, and strategic communication. Her leadership in project coordination, partnership building, and grassroots outreach strengthens AWCF’s ability to connect with stakeholders and transform lives through impactful, inclusive programs.

Administrative & Legal Affairs Assistant

Delali brings a sharp eye for detail and a strong legal-administrative background to AWCF. Her professionalism and organizational skills ensure AWCF maintains the highest standards of accountability and good governance in all operations.
